It’s a spacious and tastefully appointed room that sits 4-8 comfortably. We are also centrally located 10 minutes’ walk from Orchard MRT.

What is counselling/psychotherapy?

Aiming at gaining insight into mental or emotional health, the resolution of inner conflicts, and an enhancement of your relationship with yourself and others.

Our Fees?

Individual counselling: $180/hour
Couples/Families: $250/hour


Initial consult – 90minutes
Subsequent sessions – 50-60 minutes
Typically you would see improvements in 4-6 sessions.


Payments can be made at the end of the session in cash/cheque, PayNow, or via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Your plans may change and unpredictable events may arise, however, we ask to be notified 24 hours before any cancellation/rescheduling of appointments to prevent being charged for the hour as we will not be able to use your missed hour for anything else.

What happens in a counselling session?

We will work together to:

  • Ensure you understand why you are feeling this way.
  • Equip you with tools that you can use to start feeling better.
  • Reduce the amount of worrying and introspection you are doing.
  • Resolve any practical problems that are causing you stress.
  • Work on any relationship difficulties you may be having.
  • Help you balance your thinking, so you are not plagued by negative thoughts.
  • As you feel better, gradually introduce elements to your life that will protect you from becoming Anxious or Depressed again.
